I would recommend this class to anyone who has toyed with the idea of yoga but has always held back. Nell has this beautiful aura when she teaches which makes you feel totally at ease in the class. Having suffered for a number of years with a painful hip and back, I tried yoga for the first time. WOW I love it! I’m feeling more flexible, calm and my posture has improved greatly. Nell has such a professional teaching manner, with a calming voice, putting you at ease whatever your ability. She offers alternatives to allow for ability, injuries and age. I come away every week wishing I could do two classes a week.
