      Yoga for Menopause Classes


An 8-week course on Tuesday mornings 10 -11.15am 


Weekly Wednesday evening drop-in sessions 6 - 7.15pm


Both sessions held at The Yoga Tree, Norwich 

  • These sessions are a combination of yoga movement, strength building, mindfulness with additional elements such as brain stimulation, pelvic floor activation and deep, restorative release of muscles

  • Underpinning all sessions will be nervous system regulation with a calming of the stress response in the body
    (often over-stimulated in midlife women due to declining progesterone) and a connection to joy and spirit

  • All sessions will finish with a 15-minute sound bath so participants can leave feeling peaceful and restored

    It is my hope that these sessions will be a safe space for participants to feel nourished, supported, heard
    and empowered.

What to bring?

Yoga mat (or you can borrow one)

A blanket

One pair of dumbbells (suggested weight 1 – 2.5 kg)



Course - £96 (this covers all 8 sessions)

Wednesday evening classes £12 per session (pay as you go)

Please be aware payment must be made in full to book your place on the course and there can be no refund of missed sessions. However, the full course price is refundable up to 7 days before the beginning of the course. Cancellation must be made in writing to
